SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Progressive Automations. All products listed on the website are in stock and available for shipping to any country in the world. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within the same business day. Orders received after 3pm PST are processed the following business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping methods
We work with different shipping companies to ensure a smooth delivery process. Our smaller items are shipped via parcel and our larger items and bulk orders are shipped via a freight carrier service. If you would like to arrange a different shipping method or carrier please contact our customer service department at 1-800-676-6123.

Customs duties and taxes
Customers in USA and Canada do not pay duty taxes or brokerage fees. All shipments outside USA and Canada may have import fees upon the delivery, will vary from country to country. For more information about import policies please check with your customs department in your country.
