BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THESE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND CONSENT TO THE TERMS OF USE, WHICH ARE INCORPORATED INTO, AND MADE A PART OF THIS CONTRACT.

1. The Progressive Rewards program and its terms are subject to change or can end at any time and without notice. If you continue to use the program, you consent to the new terms.
2. The Progressive Rewards program reserves the right to reject or cancel your participation in the program, or any rewards earned and not used, for any legitimate reason at our discretion. In particular, if we suspect that there has been any misuse of this program in any way.
3. This program is limited to the United States and Canada only.
4. When you enroll in the Progressive Rewards program and provide us with your email address, you are opting-in to receiving marketing emails from us.
5. The program’s benefits and rewards are non-transferable.
6. The customer is liable for any personal tax consequences of this program.
7. You have the option to redeem the value of your points from the Progressive Rewards program and easily combine them with other discount codes, promotions, or offers in a single order at all times.
8. Points collected in the Progressive Reward program are valid for 12 months and will be reset to zero at the end of this period.
9. Members will enter the next year at their previous year-end’s Progressive Rewards tier. They will retain that as the minimum level through the next 12 months while there is any activity on their account in that duration.
10. The Progressive Rewards program may offer the opportunity to earn bonus points. Promotional materials may identify additional qualifying events, exclusions, and restrictions.
11. For every increment of 50 points, you will receive $1 in rewards.
12. There is no limit as to the number of points you can earn. You may only redeem up to 10,000 points ($200 in rewards) per transaction. Points can be used towards orders above $100 (excluding tax).
13. Points received for items that are returned will be deducted from your points balance at the time of the return.
14. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
15. There is a limit of one program membership per person, email address and phone number.
16. Members are eligible for certain point accumulation levels and program benefits based on their membership status - please refer to the program tiers on the information page for more information.
17. Members must maintain an active membership to earn and redeem points.
18. You may opt-out of the program at any time. If you opt-out of the program, you will no longer earn points or be able to redeem points, and you will forfeit your unused and unexpired points.
19. Rewards cannot be used for taxes or state fees, packaging fees, shipping & handling, or delivery charges.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions:

• You need to have an account on Progressive Rewards to redeem the rewarded points.
• Points can be used towards orders above $100 (excluding tax).
• The Progressive Referral program and its terms are subject to change or end at any time, and without notice. If you continue to use the program, you consent to the new terms.
• The Progressive Referral program reserves the right to reject or cancel a Refer a Friend request for any legitimate reason at our discretion. In particular, if we suspect that there has been any misuse of this program in any way.
• The customer is liable for any personal tax consequences of this program.
• In order for the referral to qualify, the referred friend must:
• Be a new customer of the Progressive Referral program.
• Meet the conditions of their reward.
• You have the option to redeem the value of your points from the Progressive Rewards program and easily combine them with other discount codes, promotions, or offers in a single order at all times.
• The referral link discount must be used within 30 days, or it will expire.
